Q.1 What is the difference between Commerce and E-Commerce?

There are mainly two major differences between Commerce & E-Commerce.

Commerce is a word that is used when we discuss offline businesses with additional physical things are required to represent our shop physically. E-Commerce is a word that is used when we discuss online transaction or online business. In which, no requirement of physical shops.
We can not access it everywhere.We can access it every time, everywhere.

Q.2 Which three parties are involved actively in buying and selling goods online?

There are mainly three parties are involved actively in buying and selling goods online. These parties are-

  • Producers -: This party manufactures the products or goods.
  • Sellers -: This party sells the products or goods to their customer.
  • Buyers -: This party buys the products or goods from Sellers.

Q.3 What do you understand by EDI and EFT?

  • EDI -: EDI stands for Electronic Data Interchange. It is a technique to send the data or information through an electronic device rather than paper. When two companies want to share their own information with each other, so this technique proves to be good for both companies.
  • EFT -: EFT stands for electronic fund transfer. It is a type of mechanism that is used to transfer money from one bank account to another bank account without paperwork, electronically transfer.

Q.4 Name the four types of E-Commerce and explain them?

There are mainly four types of E-Commerce that are defined in the below section-:

  • B2B (Business-to-Business) -: When two companies selling & buying their product from each other, so that type of E-Commerce is called B2B.
  • B2C (Business-to-Consumer) -: When a company sells its goods or product to the customer, so we can say that this type of E-Commerce is called B2C.
  • C2B (Consumer-to-Business) -: When a consumer or individual creates a product and defines its value for selling that product to the company, so the company pays the product’s value to the consumer.
  • C2C (Consumer-to-Consumer) -: Consumer-to-Consumer E-Commerce is an innovative way to interact with each other.

Q.5 What are the shortcomings of E-Commerce?

There are various types of conditions to fall off the E-Commerce and several methods to overcome the shortcomings of E-Commerce.

Shortcomings of E-Commerce means – When a business strategy doesn’t work and the business has been lost gradually along with time.

Q.6 Explain the technical and organizational aspects of E-Commerce?

There are various technical and organizational aspects of E-Commerce. These are as follows -:

  • E-Commerce should be maintained its stability and work efficiency.
  • E-Commerce should make more secure because different types of malicious viruses can be attacked on them.
  • E-Commerce should be more reliable to the user because the user always wants to become fast. More reliable the E-Commerce more traffic will come.
  • E-Commerce should be versatile because more categories will get more trafficking.

Q.7 How can you streamline business processes?

In order to streamline a business process, follow these steps:

  1. Identify the goal or end result.
  2. Break down the process into discrete steps or tasks.
  3. Analyze the process steps, perform value chain analysis, evaluate handoffs, and identify bottlenecks.

There are various sites where we can shop online, but some sites are not genuine, so we shouldn’t trust that site during purchasing the goods or any products. Some sites are genuine and provide the best services to their customers. These sites are -:

Yes !! It is possible to shop online via parent’s credit card but only when they have known about credential information of parent’s credit card. This can be dangerous when they have not enough knowledge about credit card.
