Q.1. What are self-confidence and self-esteem?

  • Self Confidence -: self-confidence is to like and respect ourselves and each self-confident people know about their strength and abilities. self-confidence does not happen by itself, we have to work on ourselves to build up our confidence and belief in ourselves.
  • Self Esteem-: self-esteem is how much positive regard and self-love we have for ourselves. self-esteem doesn’t also happen by itself, we have to hard work on ourselves to build up good characters to give esteem ourselves. Self-Esteem is build up automatically when we trust in ourselves and do not any erroneous action.

Q.2. Why is positive thinking so important?

Positive thinking are so important for everybody to enhance your confidence and to feel good. Positive thinking is so important that we become aware of our thoughts and change them to positive to build up our self-confidence. we can also control the quality of our thoughts. positive thinking is an art and habit that can be developed. All we need to do is to become aware of our thoughts and feelings and understand how we are getting influenced with negativity.

Q.3. List some tips for positive thinking.

There are various ways for thinking positively and to become aware of our thoughts and feelings.

  • Positive Self Talk -: we can talk with ourselves to come positive thinking in our mind.
  • Finding positive in every situation -: we should find a better positive solution in any or every situation, even if it’s a negative one.
  • Contributing positively to others -: we should contribute positive thinking with others to make a better environment around us.
  • Appreciate Own Achievements -: we should appreciate our own achievements to feel good.
  • Treat Own Failures as Lessons -: we should revise or remember our failures as a lesson to remove our own drawbacks.
  • Learn How to shut up Negative Voices in Head -: we should learn also that How to shut up negative thoughts and their voices in Head.
  • Gracefully accept failures and move on-: we should gracefully accept our failures and move on.
