When we meet first time with other people, we need to introduce ourselves to the other person. Introducing ourselves to other person can be done in two ways. First is Formal and second is informal.
Formal Introduction
This type of introduction is used when we meet with others in a professional meeting, during the interview, during a speech, seminar, school viva. you should use a formal introduction by giving your name detail and work details.
For Example -: Hello! My name is Aditya Singh. I am a software developer at Infosys Company.
Informal Introduction
This type of introduction is used when we meet with others at a party, weddings, night bar, and informally get together. you should use an informal introduction by only giving your name details whether a full name or half name also.
For Example -: Hello ! I am Shahrukh.
Responses after being Introduce yourself to someone
when you gave the introduction yourself then after you have to continue your conversation with the other person.
Formal Conversation
Formal Conversation is a type of conversation in which, we can communicate with others in a formal way.
For example -: How do you do? (It is a formal sentence), and its responses are also the same sentence. (How do you do?).
Informal Conversation
Informal Conversation is a type of conversation in which, we can communicate with others in an informal way.
For example -: How are you? or How are you doing? and its responses are very common “very well, Thank you” and “Fine. Thanks. and you?“.
Closing Conversation
Closing Conversation is a type of Conversation that is used to the end of Conversation with others whether it is formal or informal.
For Example-:

That is a formal Conversation.
